South East Agroforestry Network

What is SEAN?

Established in 2022, the South East Agroforestry Network (SEAN) is a group of peers interested in small-scale sustainable timber production in the South East of NSW.

We coordinate events such as workshops, field days and demonstrations to share small-scale timber production knowledge and skills.

We keep our members informed with education opportunities, help them to access services and information, and learn practical skills from each other.

Agroforestry is the establishment and management of trees on farms for a range of reasons, such as:

Wind and shelter belts
Wildlife corridors
Timber lots
Silvopastoral plantings
Revegetation
